What Is the QT Fuel Card?
The QuikTrip (QT) fuel card is a branded business gas card designed for companies that regularly fuel at QuikTrip locations and want per gallon rebates along with built in spending controls and reporting.
It’s issued through WEX and comes in two versions:
- QuikTrip Fleetmaster Plus Card: Accepted at QuikTrip stations plus the broader WEX network for nationwide coverage. It offers a 3¢ per gallon rebate at QT locations and includes a $2 per card monthly fee and a $40 account setup fee.
- QuikTrip Fleetmaster Card: Accepted only at QuikTrip stations. It offers a 5¢ per gallon rebate at QT locations and has no monthly card fee and no setup fee.
Both cards include a strong introductory discount, then move to a flat per gallon rebate at QuikTrip stations. Unlike many branded fuel cards that use tiered rebates based on monthly gallons purchased, QT offers a flat rebate regardless of how much fuel your fleet purchases each month.
The QT fuel card runs on the WEX platform, which means it includes WEX's standard fuel card tools. That includes transaction limits, day and time restrictions, PIN or app based pump authorization, real time alerts, and detailed reporting for transactions, fuel summaries, and tax data.
Where Is the QT Fuel Card Accepted?
The QT Fleetmaster Plus Card is accepted at 1,100+ QuikTrip locations, plus the broader WEX network, which gives you access to 95% of fuel stations nationwide. The QT Fleetmaster Card is only accepted at QuikTrip locations. Use the links below to find nearby locations that accept each card.

QT Fuel Card Discounts
The QT fuel card offers an introductory discount of 20¢ per gallon at QuikTrip locations for the first 90 days after you open a new account. After the intro period ends, you receive a flat rebate of 3¢ per gallon with the Fleetmaster Plus Card and 5¢ per gallon with the Fleetmaster Card.
One key difference with QT is that the rebate is a flat rate. You earn the same cents per gallon discount no matter how many gallons you buy each month. Most other branded fuel cards use tiered rebates where your per gallon discount increases as your monthly gallons go up.
