What Is the MAPCO Fuel Card?

The MAPCO fuel card is a WEX branded business gas card designed for companies that regularly fuel at MAPCO stations and want fuel discounts along with fleet management tools and reporting.

It's accepted at MAPCO locations and across the broader WEX network, giving fleets access to about 95% of fuel stations nationwide, including more than 350 MAPCO stations. The card offers fuel discounts at MAPCO locations, and fleets can earn additional savings by using the MAPCO Fleet Rewards Card, which provides an additional discount when used with the fleet card.

Because the card runs on the WEX platform, it also includes standard fleet management tools. Fleet managers can set transaction limits, restrict fueling by time and day, require PIN or app-based pump authorization, and access detailed purchase and tax reporting through the WEX portal.

Where Is the MAPCO Fuel Card Accepted?
The MAPCO Universal fuel card is accepted at 350+ MAPCO locations and across the WEX network, providing access to about 95% of fuel stations nationwide. Use the links below to find stations near you.

MAPCO Fuel Card Discounts

The MAPCO fuel card offers an introductory discount of 7¢ per gallon at MAPCO locations for the first 7 months after opening an account. After the introductory period, fleets can earn rebates of up to 4¢ per gallon, depending on the monthly fuel volume purchased at MAPCO stations. MAPCO does not publicly provide the rebate tiers.

Cardholders can also save an additional 3¢ per gallon by using the MAPCO Fleet MY Rewards Card together with the fuel card at the time of purchase. When a business opens a MAPCO fuel card account, employees receive a MAPCO Fleet MY Rewards Card, which functions as a loyalty card that provides the extra fuel discount when used with the fleet card.

Employees also receive reward points, special promotions, and one free fountain drink, drip coffee, or bottled water per day. They can also save on fuel for their personal vehicles when using the Fleet Rewards Card with their own payment method.
