What Is the CITGO Fuel Card?

The CITGO fuel card is a branded business gas card designed for companies that regularly fuel at CITGO stations and want fuel rebates along with fleet management tools and reporting.

It’s issued through WEX and comes in three versions:

  • CITGO Universal Fleet Card: Accepted at CITGO locations and the WEX network, giving fleets rebates at CITGO stations and access to 95% of fuel stations nationwide.
  • CITGO Fleet Select Card: Accepted only at CITGO locations and includes the same rebate program as the Universal card.
  • CITGO Fleet Card: Accepted only at CITGO stations and does not include rebates, but it also does not charge monthly fees, which can make it a better option for lower volume fleets.

Because the card runs on the WEX platform, it includes WEX’s standard fleet management tools. Fleet managers can set spending limits, restrict fueling by time and day, require PIN or app based pump authorization, and access detailed purchase and tax reporting through the WEX portal.

Where Is the CITGO Fuel Card Accepted?
The CITGO Universal Fleet Card is accepted at 4,300+ CITGO locations and on the broader WEX network, giving you access to 95% of fuel stations nationwide. The CITGO Fleet Select Card and Fleet Card are accepted only at CITGO locations. Use the links below to find stations near you that accept each card.
