- CITGO Fleet Select Card: Accepted only at CITGO locations and includes the same rebate program as the Universal card.

CITGO Fuel Card Discounts
All CITGO fuel cards offer an introductory discount of 30¢ per gallon at CITGO locations for the first three months.
After the introductory period, the CITGO Universal Card and CITGO Fleet Select Card offer rebates of up to 7¢ per gallon, depending on the amount of fuel purchased at CITGO stations.
