It’s issued through WEX and is designed for regional and OTR operations that fuel primarily at truck stops.

One of the biggest advantages of Fleet One is that it charges the cash price at truck stops instead of the higher credit price, which typically saves fleets 10-20¢ per gallon. On top of that, Fleet One offers additional per gallon discounts at more than 2,200 locations in the WEX EDGE discount network. Fleet managers can set purchase limits, restrict fueling to approved locations, and monitor transactions in real time through the WEXControl app and online portal.

If you’re familiar with WEX’s other OTR fuel card, EFS, the two programs share many of the same controls and reporting features. The main difference is the target fleet size: WEX typically recommends Fleet One for fleets under 50 trucks, and EFS for fleets with more than 50 trucks.
