Customer Service Representative

P-Fleet is a leading provider of fuel card and payment management solutions for commercial vehicle fleets. We provide customers with expert support, guidance and account management tools, among other resources, to improve how they fuel their fleet. We provide service to customers across the U.S. and are poised to grow rapidly over the next few years. We currently have opportunities available for professionals in the San Diego market. Responsibilities
  • Print, package, and send all products to existing and new customers
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly schedule reports
  • Update and maintain electronic filing systems
  • Setup and maintain customer account information
 
Essential background and experience
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent (GED), some college preferred
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient internet navigation and Microsoft Excel skills
 
Compensation and benefits
  • $20 per hour
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4-6 hours per day - times are flexible.
