Any business, sole proprietor, owner-operator or independent contractor can submit an application. Accounts are only set up for commercial use, not consumers. If you want access to the Commercial Fueling Network (CFN) and the features and benefits available to cardholders, you'll need to meet a monthly minimum for fleet fueling.
We set up accounts for customers that use at least $1,000 per month on average during the year. This threshold ensures that accounts are profitable and that customers are able to make the most of the discounts available within the network.
We don't require long-term contracts. You'll need to submit a credit application to set up an account. If you decide our service isn't right for you, you can close your account at any time.
We don't add a fee when payments are submitted late. However, to avoid any service disruptions, we suggest payments are made on time. If an account is closed with an unpaid balance, we may elect to charge 1.5% per month until the balance is resolved.
Most customers fuel at CFN stations because of the discounts available. However, cards include optional access to 65,000 retail gas stations and truck stops. When you need extra coverage, you have the convenience of Chevron, Pilot Flying J and Love's, among other major brands.
When you sign up, our goal is to provide excellent customer service and work with you to meet your individual needs. Don't just take our word for it. Check out our reviews page to hear what customers are really saying.
Customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help drivers resolve most problems at the pump. If you have account questions or need assistance, our customer service team is a phone call away.
Customer savings will vary by region depending on how competitive the retail rates are locally and how your state compares nationally. Customers in states with higher fuel prices, like California, Oregon and Washington to name a few, typically experience the most savings. For an estimate of the CFN prices in your area, check out the CFN fuel price report or request a fuel quote.
