Job Description:

San Diego based P-Fleet is a leader in providing fuel and information management solutions to commercial vehicle fleets throughout the United States. P-Fleet is poised to grow rapidly over the next few years and we currently have opportunities available for achievement-oriented sales professionals in the San Diego market. The primary responsibility of the Sales Rep is to develop new business by assertively qualifying and closing sales opportunities. The position is responsible for achieving sales goals and objectives through the development and management of a qualified prospect pipeline. The position requires individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who are process-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities with tight deadlines. Must be self-motivated and driven to achieve sales results.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound sales leads and share product information

  • Engage leads through follow-up calls and emails

  • Provide price quotes and proposals

  • Run demos and presentations as needed

  • Effectively guide prospects through the sales cycle

  • Log activities and maintain accurate information in contact management database

  • Achieve monthly performance goals

  • Collaborate with management and team members to optimize our sales process and service offerings

Essential Background / Experience:

  • 2+ years of prior sales experience

  • History of prior sales success

  • Excellent prospecting and account penetration skills

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • Proficient Internet navigation, Word and Excel skills

  • Knowledge of CRM systems a plus
