San Diego based P-Fleet is a leader in providing fleet card and payment solutions to commercial vehicle fleets throughout the United States. P-Fleet is poised to grow rapidly over the next few years and we currently have opportunities available for achievement-oriented customer service professionals in the San Diego market. We provide a challenging and educational work environment for our employees.


  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound customer calls and written requests with a positive attitude

  • Proactively solve issues by running reports identify and correct problems before they occur

  • Assist customers in identifying and evaluating fraudulent charges on their account and work with systems in place to recover funds

  • Set up and maintain customer account information

Essential Background / Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED), an associate‚Äôs degree preferred

  • Spanish speaking is greatly desired

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

  • Proficient Internet navigation Microsoft Excel skills

Hours & Compensation:

  • Salary depends on experience

  • Initial hours will be 10am-6pm (after training period hours will likely shift to 11am-7pm)
