Customer Service Representative

P-Fleet is a leading provider of fuel card and payment management solutions for commercial vehicle fleets. We provide customers with expert support, guidance and account management tools, among other resources, to improve how they fuel their fleet. We provide service to customers across the U.S. and are poised to grow rapidly over the next few years. We currently have opportunities available for professionals in the San Diego market. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound customer calls and written requests with a positive attitude
  • Proactively solve issues by running reports to identify and correct problems before they occur
  • Assist customers in identifying and evaluating fraudulent charges on their account and work with systems in place to recover funds
  • Set up and maintain customer account information
  • Ensure various databases are kept up to date with accurate information
  • Work hours from 1pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday
 
Essential background and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED), an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Spanish speaking is desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient Internet and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or other customer service software a plus
